Events and Letter Writing Salons
Some moments deserve more than a gift. They deserve a gathering — a room full of people who love you, with the time and the invitation to say so.
Dear & Always letter writing salons bring the ceremony of written words to life. Whether at an elegant wedding reception, a quinceañera celebration, or an intimate evening among friends, we create the space for something that lasts long after the flowers fade.
The Reception Salon For Weddings & Quinceañeras
Imagine a beautiful writing station at your reception — fine paper, personalized prompts, wax seals, and a dedicated letter writing attendant guiding your guests through the experience. One by one, the people who love you most sit down and write. Their words are collected, sorted, and presented to you in a keepsake box that becomes one of the most treasured gifts of the day.
This is not a guestbook. This is a letter writing ceremony — and the letters will still be read decades from now.
Reception Salon bookings open fall 2026.
The Intimate Salon Themed Evening Experiences
Small. Curated. Unforgettable. Our intimate letter writing salons gather eight to ten guests for a themed evening of beautiful words, fine drinks, and the rare pleasure of saying what you mean on paper.
Themes change with the season — from romantic Bridgerton evenings to gratitude gatherings, holiday celebrations, and beyond. Each salon is a complete experience: prompts, fine paper, wax seals, and the gentle guidance of a Letter Keeper to help every guest find their words.

The Community Salon Speaking, Partnerships & Cultural Events
Dear & Always partners with cultural organizations, historical societies, libraries, and community groups to bring the art of letter writing to wider audiences. From grant-funded celebrations of cultural heritage to children's literacy programs built around the treasure of written words, we believe that every community deserves the experience of being heard on paper.
